Here we go into 2009 with a LOT of work ahead of us!
I'll be adding a members page soon so you can get to know my group.
Last week I made a trip to Yale, OK to gain access to a couple of reportedly haunted locations there. It looks very interesting. The abandoned refinery there is known as " Satans House" and was reportedly used by a satanic group for rituals and sacrifices. Local people in the area avoid the place and all that I spoke with claim that the haunting is VERY real and that I'd best be careful there. Also, in the same area is a property with a lot of " ghost lights". We'll be checking those out as well.
One note regarding evp's .... even those strange taps, groans, growl's, music, and other unusual sounds we often pick up have value to us as investigators. While most ghost hunters throw out such evidence as being " indeciperable", I hold onto them with the idea that at some point, our technology will grow sensitive enough to deciper them all. These " sounds" are made by something for a reason. It's up to US to find out what they are trying to get across.

This is where I'll let you know about how things are progessing with S.P.O.OK. First off, I really want to commend ALL team members for their contributions and loyalty. This " Ghost Hunting " isn't an easy thing to do. We are not paid for our efforts, we are often made fun of by the sceptical, and spend long hours going over photo's, audio recordings and traveling < at our own expense> to distant locations.
BUT... we do this, over and over again, to provide critical data and evidence of life beyond the grave, UFO's, and other paranormal events, that we are sharing with the world. It's important work that for TOO long has been shunned by the mainstream media and the scientific community.
I'm proud of what we do and excited about the future.
